BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The International Council, according to its statutes, has a Board of Directors composed of a President, a Vice President of Autos, a Vice President of Motorcycles, and a Vice President of Classics.
Chairman – Scott E. Blazey
BMW Car Club of America
Blazey, who previously served as president of the BMW Car Club of America (BMW CCA)—the largest BMW club globally—has also held significant roles as president of the BMW Club of Kansas City and the BMW CCA Racing Club. Additionally, he has acted as a delegate for the International Council of BMW Clubs and currently serves as a trustee of the BMW CCA Foundation, an independent charitable organization dedicated to promoting teenage driver safety, among other initiatives.
In his new role as Chairman of the International Council of BMW Clubs, Blazey will be supported by Trevor Dean, Vice President of Motorrad; Dr. Bernhard Knöchlein, Vice President of Classic; and Julio Reyes, Vice President of Automobiles.

BMW Motorrad Club Guatemala
In 2005, along with his brothers and cousins, he founded BMW REYES RIDERS, a family club with 7 members, which quickly expanded to include other friends. In 2010, together with two members of his family club and brand enthusiasts, he founded the BMW Motorrad Club Guatemala, serving as its First President and founding member. A year later, he was elected Director of Administration and Market of BMWCLAF – BMW Clubs Federation of Latin America, and in 2015, he was unanimously elected and proclaimed President of BMWCLAF. In 2018, he was also re-elected unanimously as President of BMWCLAF and that same year, he was elected Vice-President of Cars of the BMW Clubs International Council, an entity of the BMW Group based in Munich, Germany, which brings together more than 700 BMW Clubs with about 200,000 members worldwide.
